Getting to the Island
There are two ways to reach Capri- by boat or by helicopter.
The easiest, cheapest and most convenient way is by ferry or a private transfer.

Ferries
Ferries operate from all main Amalfi Coast towns- including Napoli, Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi.
If you are arriving into Naples airport, you can catch a taxi directly outside the Arrivals exit to Port Beverello, which will cost you around €25-35.
Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus from the airport with two stops- Naples Centre and Port Beverello. A ticket costs around €5. Tickets can be purchased at the airport.
There are 3 main ferry operators which will bring you to Capri- Caremar, SNAV and Alilaura. Positano Jet also operates between Capri, Positano and Amalfi. One way tickets cost around €20 and can be purchased at port ticket offices. If purchasing online, be sure to collect your physical ticket at the port ticket office by showing your booking confirmation.
Journey times from all main Amalfi Coast towns are less than an hour.
Naples- Capri- 45mins
Sorrento- Capri- 20mins
Positano- Capri- 30mins
Amalfi-Capri- 1hr

Helicopter
Get from Naples Airport to Capri in less than 20 minutes by booking a private helicopter. Although an easier and quicker option, it will cost you a lot more than a ferry. Bookings and enquiries must be made directly with Helicopter operators (Helitaly, Helifly).
